Cancellation Policy

We do keep track of all cancellation, rescheduling, and no shows per client.  After three last minute cancellations, reschedules, or no shows the guest is requested to pay 50% of their next scheduled appointment in order to rebook. The deposit amount paid during the time of booking will go toward your service. Please let us know before 24 hours if you need to make changes to your appointment time.
